Serving with Purpose
LPS Healthcare Solutions is an assisted living management firm operating in the state of Florida. The company manages day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities on behalf of owners and investors. Additionally, LPS provides consulting and training services for communities they do not directly manage.
LPS was created shortly after the Founder, Brooke Britton, left the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). Having served as an investigator, Britton recognized that many communities needed assistance with compliance, leading to the establishment of LPS in 2017. Originally launched as a consulting company, LPS evolved into a comprehensive management firm driven by the mission to "Live with the Purpose to Serve."
The core belief at LPS is to serve residents, families, and communities through compassionate, personalized care. The company takes pride in enriching the daily lives of seniors and their loved ones by delivering exceptional service.
